Sunshine Award Form

Here at Iron County Medical Care Facility, we have an employee appreciation program called Sunshine Awards. Sunshine Awards are given to staff by residents, visitors and other staff members to show appreciation and gratitude. It is a small gesture to thank an employee for making your day better. Each month, all the employees who received a sunshine award are entered into a pool and one employee at random will be chosen from that pool and will be our Sunshine Award Winner for the month. After an employee accumulates three sunshine awards, they are honored with an appreciation pin to wear on their badge. We currently have 10 different appreciation pins we award to employees.
